Dr. Sara Conley is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. She earned a B.A. in psychology from San Diego State University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Both her pre-and-post doctoral training were completed with Rogers Behavioral Health. She has over 10 years of experience working with OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders, with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and has experience treating patients at various levels of care, from outpatient to residential settings. She believes strongly in the use of evidence-based treatment methods and understands the importance of flexibly applying treatment to fit with the individuals and families she is working with, not vice versa. Her experience and training allow her to comfortably tailor therapy to meet each patient’s specific needs while staying true to the evidence-based approach. Dr. Conley's ultimate goal is to work collaboratively with her patients to identify and explore fears, target combat problematic thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and help them to achieve their fullest potential.
