Register below for our free 1-hour industry webinar led by NOCD Therapist Jenna Overbaugh for an opportunity to learn about the form of OCD commonly known as "pure O".  

Jenna will discuss the origins of terms such as "pure O" and the ongoing conversation about whether "pure O" actually exists. She will also go over mental compulsions, identify commonly seen difficulties with these obsessions/compulsions, and discuss how to address these issues in the treatment setting. At the end of the webinar, Jenna will answer live questions from the audience.

All registrants will receive a recording of the webinar via email 24 hours after the webinar has concluded.
This course does not offer continuing education credits.

Jenna Overbaugh

Jenna Overbaugh is a licensed professional counselor. Jenna has been working with individuals who have OCD and anxiety since 2008 and has worked with adults, children, and adolescents. Her experience includes time at all levels of care including 8 years at a residential OCD recovery center, working with some of the most debilitating cases of OCD in the world. Jenna is the creator of All the Hard Things, Podcast. She is also a mom to a 3.5 year old and struggled with postpartum OCD herself. Jenna’s favorite aspect of Exposure and Response Prevention is that ERP teaches individuals that they can overcome their fears by facing them head on.
